Confidentiality: By participating, you agree to treat information presented by group members as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your registration more than 90 days before the workshop, you will receive a 100% refund, less a $50 processing fee. If you cancel more than 30 days before the workshop, you will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before the workshop. In all cases, we will try to find a replacement; If successful, we may provide a goodwill refund at our sole discretion.

Participate at Your Own Risk: the organizers and providers offer experiential process work, teaching, mentoring, and coaching related to personal and professional development. These services do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. They are not intended to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition or to replace medical or psychotherapeutic therapy. You agree to receive these services at your own risk.

By attending, you expressly agree to hold the facilitators, the organizers, and providers for this workshop harmless from all liability or any claim for any shortcomings, adverse effects, injuries, damages, or harm of any kind that may arise out of your participation.
